BEFORE: COMPLEX INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Logistics and supply chain management for giants like Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut & many more across India made a very complex network which made inventory management a daunting process
- ColdEX used WMS software to manage the inventory. Poor integration across systems led to mismanaged inventory and loss due to the expiry of stored raw materials

AFTER: BETTER COMMAND AND CONTROL OVER INVENTORY
- Set up of a Bin Management System helped manage inventory on the basis of expiry and product expiry alerts were raised. This significantly reduced the cost earlier incurred due to the expiry of products
- Process for allocation of space for incoming inventory and locating the right inventory for distribution to outlets were identified. This reduced confusion and errors remarkably
- Integration of SAP Business One with the software used by the customer (eg. Burger King) led to improved customer satisfaction for ColdEX
